What a gem! As a first-time horse owner, I felt a little overwhelmed when I walked into this tack shop. However, the staff immediately put me at ease with their warm approach and willingness to help. They took the time to explain the different types of gear I needed and even helped me pick out a bridle that suited both my horse and my budget. The variety of items available is impressive, and I was especially pleased with the equestrian apparel section! My only suggestion would be to extend the store hours, as I had to rush in before closing. Nevertheless, I left feeling well-equipped and excited to start my journey with my new horse!

I recently stopped by this tack shop with my daughter, who is just getting into horseback riding, and we had such a delightful experience! From the moment we entered, we were greeted with smiles and genuine enthusiasm from the staff. They guided us through their vast selection of riding gear and even offered helpful tips for her first lessons. We found a fantastic riding helmet and some lovely riding boots that were both stylish and safe. What impressed me the most was how the staff really took the time to educate us about the importance of proper fittings and maintenance of the equipment. The overall vibe of the store was inviting, almost like spending an afternoon with friends who are knowledgeable about horses. My only feedback would be to consider adding more signage for product categories, as it took a little while to find what we were looking for. However, this minor issue does not overshadow the wonderful experience we had, and we’re excited to come back for our future equestrian needs!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this tack shop! As someone who has been involved with horses for years, I’ve been to many shops, but this one stands out for its fantastic customer service. The staff are not only friendly but genuinely passionate about helping their customers. They took the time to ask about my horse’s needs and provided tailored recommendations. I was thrilled to find a rare bit that I had been searching for, and there were several other unique items that caught my eye, including some beautifully crafted saddlebags. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If I had to mention a downside, I would say the checkout line was a bit slow during peak hours, but the staff’s dedication to ensuring every customer received personal attention made it worth the wait. I will definitely return and recommend this place to fellow riders!

I recently visited this tack shop and was blown away by their selection! From saddles to bridles, they have everything I needed for my horse. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. I found a beautiful saddle that fits my horse perfectly. The prices were reasonable too! My only minor concern was that the shop could be a bit better organized, but overall, I can't wait to go back!
